By visiting my site, you will have an opportunity to explore things about me and the learning design work I have done over the past 10+ years as a Learning Experience Designer.

I live in the Willamette Valley of Oregon USA, with my family, and I enjoy traveling to the coast, the mountains, and all that is green in this beautiful state.

My career background has touched many areas such as heavy machinery, travel, pharmacy, biopharmaceuticals, retail, social research, mental healthcare, and, of course, EDUCATION.

I have a great passion for building learning cultures within companies and organizations. When joining one of the many companies I have had the honor to work for, I commonly led employee trainings and development programs. This continues to be true now that I have enhanced my education and skill sets in instructional design.
